Another field of activity of our bureau is provision of services for project management. Dr. Forkert served as a project head in the
firm “VE-G” for several years. He was responsible for innovation projects on combustion of secondary energy resources in power plants, where he could get broad experience on project management. He
supervised the following projects:
reconstruction and enlargement of the plant for sewage sludge combustion in the power plant of Boxberg; realization of the plant for animal powder combustion in the power plant of Boxberg; realization of the plant for waste combustion in the power plant of Jänschwalde
Dr. Forkert served as a responsible technical advisor for the following projects
sewage sludge combustion in the power plant of Lippendort; sewage sludge and animal powder combustion in the station of Rostock ; realization of the plant for producing of construction materials from ashes and plaster in the station of Lippendorf.
On the base of the afore-mentioned experience the engineering bureau of Dr. Forkert offers corresponding services for project
management. A list of tasks for projects’ realization can embrace following stages:
working out a project for realization of the project’s idea, including calculation of its economy and comparison of
variants; Within the framework of the concept work we can calculate thermodynamic cycles and/or heat systems
with the programm “ThermoExcel”; working out a tender for planning of the project’s concept and its license; assistance in working out a tender for realization on the base of a project planning from the side of a planner;
control of a project realization; control of a budget with the help of SAP.
